Thank you for shopping with Archive Attire. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Our standard shipping time is approximately 6–7 business days after your order has been dispatched.

In some cases, due to high demand, customs processing, or courier delays, shipping may take up to 14 business days to arrive.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, but we always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, we may require an additional shipping fee to resend the order.

Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, Archive Attire is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Archive Attire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact your local courier for assistance.
